I'm a Seattle girl who's made stops in Spokane, Washington; Florence, Italy; and Orlando, Florida... but somehow always find myself drawn back to the over-caffeinated, slightly damp charm of the 206. I'm obsessed with iced chai lattes, spin classes, and re-binging the tv shows I know I love. Seriously - I've probably seen Friends and Gilmore Girls 10 times through each. But you're here because you want to know about my work...
Experience
Step 1 - Graduate Gonzaga University with a Public Relations degree in hand not sure of what to do next.
Step 2 - Get a behind the scenes (quite literally) look at how a global brand works during 6 months of the Disney College Program. The crash course in Customer Service wasn't a bad extra takeaway.
Step 3 - Get a job in Marketing at Bold Hat Productions where a small, but mighty team of six puts on Seattle's largest lifestyle events.
Step 4 - Spend 6 years getting to learn and create ever facet of marketing events (like Kirkland Uncorked & Fremont Oktoberfest to name a few...), plus learn what it takes to actually make events happen (tapping a keg while 10,000 Oktoberfest revelers wait impatiently is a true skill).
Step 5 - Find a passion for graphic design and decide to get formally trained through Bellevue College's Continuing Education Program.
